Trip OverviewDay Sail on Penn Cove
Sail beyond the Coupeville Wharf toward Blowers Bluff, where the exposed cliffs provide a view into the geologic history that shaped Penn Cove thousands of years ago. Learn to steer, or simply relax on the nets and enjoy the motion of sailing with views of Mount Baker off our bow. Upon arrival at our afternoon stop, set out on paddleboards along the shore or take a walk on the beach before gathering for a picnic made with locally sourced ingredients.
With an entire day to enjoy, guests have the opportunity to take part in sailing, navigation, and time ashore as the day unfolds naturally around the interests of the group. Our days are full yet never rushed. When we return to the dock, you will feel a closer connection to the region, the experience of sailing, and the group you set out with.

Who is this Experience for:
If you’re spending multiple days on Whidbey Island
We had such a memorable and fabulous time on board with Captain Paul. His knowledge of the surrounding environment and his ability to make us feel at home on the water were truly incredible. Sharing travel stories, laughing, and experiencing something new was an absolute pleasure. Thanks so much, Paul! Can’t wait for the next adventure.
